Legislator Applications
#1

Welcome to the Legislator Applications thread.

Being a Legislator allows you to:
 • Participate and vote in the Assembly
 • Vote and run for office
In accordance with Article IV, Sections 3 and 4 of the Charter of the South Pacific
Quote:3. All residents of the Coalition are eligible to attain legislator status through application with the Chair, predicated on the Chair ensuring they are not seeking membership in bad faith, are not attempting to obscure their identity, are not attempting to join with multiple nations, and the Council on Regional Security does not declare them a significant risk to regional security. Any member of the Assembly may publicly petition the Chair for or against a prospective legislator’s admission.

4. Continued legislator status requires active membership and good behavior. The Chair will remove legislator status from any person failing to vote in the last two official Assembly votes held on separate days, unless the Chair has granted a leave of absence. Additionally, the Chair may suspend privileges for disruptive members. Frequent suspensions may be grounds for ineligibility, if found appropriate in a fair trial by the High Court.

Should you wish to apply for Legislator status, copy and fill in the application below:

I have a question about Official assembly votes.

Do I just need to vote in the Voting Chamber polls to maintain membership?

Or do I need to post a reply to count as a vote?
- Winner of 'Most Energetic Campaign' in the June 2016 TSP elections.
- Winner of the Best Overall RMB poster and Best RMB Welcomer of the The South Pacific Coconut Awards, 2017
- Craziest Person of the June 2017 Cabinet
- STARS Commander

- APC -  normal member/The undisputed king of all silliness, eternal ruler and God Emperor of APC
- Swan Knight or something
Cob Award Winner: Top-50 most endorse buttons clicked
- Regional Leda Award Winner: Top-50 highest average endorsement count

You can do either, depending on what you prefer. As long as you voted (whether by clicking on the poll, or posting your vote as a reply in the thread), it will count.

I do agree to the declaration. I'm sorry but I'm on a mobile so I can't copy and paste it, but I have read and agree to the declaration made.
