Article LXXXVI: Article LXXXIIIb has been struck down as null and void. Furthermore, Article LXXXIV has been reinstated as a result. This article also recognizes that an argument over which numeral system or script should this constitution use is extremely unnecessary and should not occur at all.

This is what I had been worried about.
Article LXXXVII: This article thus reinstates and prevents Article LXXXIIIb from being struck down. As a cause of this, Article LXXXVI has been struck down as null and void and has been repealed.
Article 87a: TSR officially recognizes the roman number numerals as the legitimate numerals, thus striking down Article LXXXVII. As a cause of this, Article LXXXVI has been reinstated and has been prevented from being struck down.
