Would it be possible to make a map of the South Pacific with various alliance systems shown in different colors, and try to keep it updated (maybe an update once a month, or once every two months) or is the project too ambitious? I would be willing to help check the various threads and send in data for the updates.

I made a test map based on B&N's Wiki-style map. Is this like what you had in mind?

I don't do requests for 3D maps. They take a lot of both time and effort, and as I lack expensive 3D modelling software you'd find the output useless.
