Article 59: Each citizen of TSP must go to their local supermarket every day at 7:00 AM EST.
Article 59a: Anyone with a criminal record will be picked up and be monitored by the police as the criminal drives his car to the other side of the country and go to the supermarket in the area and buy a can of canned tuna. After that, they must return to their house before 5:00 AM EST.
Article 59b: Anyone who is currently being chased must own up to their crimes by shelving a hundred boxes of canned food on their local supermarket shelves. Only after that they will go to court and get imprisoned.
