Even then, only citizens can ask for secondary plots, and you are not a citizen.

Customization: please ad the following names and cities:
The river flowing from Mt Paul should be named "Toxia"
the river flowing north to south should be named "Chemica"
The river to its right should be named "Pollutia"
The river next to that should be named "Pong-Duk" (that is the longer of the two rovers, Pollutia flows into Pong-Duk)
There should be a port designation and an airport designation at the capital city to indicate its importance.
since there is a bay that all my rivers flow into that does not border any other nation, I would like it named "Michael Bay"
place a city at the tip of the peninsula jutting out into the sea named "New Crabz" (port designation too please)
place a mountain where my plot borders plot 067 called "Mt. Jaynie" 6005 meters elevation
place 4 cities at random (use your imagination) named: Industrial Zone 1, Flowerville, New Camden, Smacktown
in the very north of the plot should be an area called "Internment/Quarantine Zone"
