ParrrTay remains our ambassador to TSP, but is a little busy just now. Could I please request a re-instatement of our Consulate?

I won't be taking any action on consulates until the conclusion of the election. Should I win, I will announce what will be happening with consulates. Should I lose, that decision will be up to the new Minister of Foreign Affairs.
