TAC and I probably need to sit this one out due to already expressing our beliefs on this here http://thesouthpacific.x10.mx/thread-2148.html. This is a valid legal question relating to how much power the Cabinet has.

In that case, we would need to appoint an Acting Justice and either Farengeto or Sopo would take the role of Chief Justice for this particular question.
