I request a change in the biome map: Make the rainforest inside of me smaller, please. Especially since I'm a very urbanised nation. The rainforest would make no sense, especially in the west.

The biome map can't be changed. Regardless of what artificial changes have been made to the environment, think of the biome on the map as what you'd have if nature was allowed to rein free.
