I don't want to be too aggressive (not sure if making all three possible claims in one post counts as that anyway
). But if "Islands of Lībarə" is removed from plot 129 at the next map update for their nation not being in the region (it is currently in TRR and they, when contacted by someone else, apparently said they have no intention of returning), I'm wondering if it could be replaced in the same update by the following application:Quote:Link to NationStates nation in the South Pacific*: Aumeltopia

However, I completely understand if you don't want to encourage people trying to suss out who's inactive themselves and take over their plots. I'm fine just waiting for the September update to apply for plot 129 (assuming Islands of Libare is in fact removed for NIR). In that case, the only (temporary) difference would be that the capital, AWAHEA, should be on the SW-most point of plot 128.
