So I just saw this -> http://thesouthpacific.x10.mx/thread-2254.html
And am pretty disturbed by the move to Archive it.
I was told originally that I didn't have to file a new charge. I already noted that the original case was filed in bad faith and even asked the court if I should file a parallel case. A Justice let me know via IRC that I did not need to file a new case.
Then the defendant claimed to need some time so further delay. I was going file a new charges but there were court elections and a bunch of other things going on. Now the court archives the thread?
Common courtesy would be to actually talk to the people involved before taking such an action.

That was almost a whole ago month when you said that. The thread was no longer in use. I see no reason why you should be notified of the move when you no longer intend to go through with the case in that thread. The information is still available should you decide to pursue the charges in another thread as you previously stated.

I apologize for being frustrated, when I was ready and had the time this case kept being delayed by other things (whether I could even file a charge on someone who was no longer a citizen or became a citizen with another name and refused to share that information, etc.). Then I had finals and stuff and now I can't even post a thread to file charges.

I believe there's something in the anti-spam about having too many links in the first post. (I once did 5 links in the same sentence so it only seems to be for the first )
