granted, but on the inside of the lid there is a note saying "One of these beans has been injected with an undetectable poison."

Granted, with your new found powers of poison detection you not only detect the poisoned bean, but also exactly how dangerous it is. Fortunately for you the bean would have caused only mild internal discomfort. Unfortunately for you, what you ate earlier that day also appears to be poisoned. You have only moments to stare in horror at the poison coursing through your veins before you begin seizing and vomiting.
