Can I see it? It also depends on what software you are using. I'm on Mac and I have to use GIMP. GiMP is horrible in my opinion. My Windows 8.1 Bootcamp has Paint.net which is my bbe, but internet is broken there.

Ham, if you don't have any software and want high-quality, do this:
1. Go to sumopaint.com
2. Pick 10 px wide black pencil and draw a "circle".
3. Pick 5 px pencil and draw eyes.
4. Draw the flag colour contour. (like this, but with the correct colours: )

5. Fill in with correct tolerance (needs experimenting, try and undo till you get a good result.
6. Add shading by reducing the brightness of the colour(s) to 60% of the original value and placing it correctly according to the light source.
7. Add shadow by drawing accordingly preferably with a colour near #202020.

Description
TIKBall is a countryball from TSP (though no one ever knew where this guy came from). TIKBall loves to read, and listen to music. It is very cool-headed, and likes to make rational decisions. It is also patient, and gives its upmost respect to its friends and its enemies. It is also very friendly, and it could never lie. TIKBall always knows when another is lying, and its glare (yellow eyes) are enough to petrify other countryballs. TIKBall is also the descendant of Steamball (Steamlannde), that's why it wears a steampunk goggle on its left eye, for style, and for its sharp stares. TIKBall is also pacifist, but they like to conduct friendly duels with one another, particularly using the sword.
Recent History
TIKBall was the product of many wars, legends, rebellions and knowledge. It and its ancestors have endured many things that no one would believe. It has recently crawled out from its isolation, and has established itself as a nation in The South Pacific. It is a monarchy, but due to its ancestor's love to Steampunk, and that its ancestor has discovered steam power since 2 millenniums ago, TIKBall grew a love with technology and knowledge, and that it loves inventing many gizmos. TIKBall is more like a federation, since it has many children. But its wife, and main country is HammerBall.
Personality
It is calm, friendly, and pacifist. It respects every countryball, wether or not they are allies or foes. It can't lie, and knows when others are lying. It is quite patient as well, and is smart. However, at some cases, it likes to conduct duels with other countryballs, and occassionally draws out its sword. When TIKBall is annoyed, its glare is enough to intimidate everyone. But don't be fooled, when yuo threatened it, and attacked it, TIKBall is more likely to win and kill you.
