TEXT ANNOUNCEMENT:

My fellow South Pacificans,

I am very pleased tonight to be speaking to you about a project that is very important to me.  A project that a lot of people never thought would come to fruition.  A project that would allow us to move forward in how we communicate and engage the region.  The project I am speaking of is the South Pacific Radio Network.  

We have been working hard to ensure that the product we put together is one that the South Pacific can be proud of.  To do that we needed to make sure that what we had planned is permissible and wouldn't cause any legal issues.  We have done just that.  This is truly my favorite project to have worked on in NationStates and I know great things are in our future.

I am working on finalizing the details of our first show which will discuss SPRN, recent events in TSP and the greater NationStates community.  We are tentatively looking at this weekend for that broadcast.  If you can't join us live you will be able to listen in the same way you are listening to this.

I am extremely excited about the South Pacific Radio Network and hope you are as well!
