Can the default index please be changed from the 'portal' page? It's not a very useful place to start, in my opinion.

The idea was to have a "Welcome to TSP" guide in the Portal page, where we teach new users about TSP and the different areas. I still think that's a good idea, but I'll change the settings until that's written up, once I copy over my SSH keys and can access the server on my new PC.
