This is not an RP section. All RP stuff takes place in Treasure Island.
May I suggest:
1) You pay close attention to the topic of threads and forums you post in.
2) You find out what is happening in the RP world in other nations and learn a little of the history.
3) You develop and tell us about your nation and actually start RPing before you try to throw your own large scale ideas into the mix. No one is likely to join your allowance at the moment, for escape, because we know nothing about it and have never interacted with your nation.
