CRS Statement on Anapol - Farengeto - 01-12-2017

Yesterday the user known as Anapol was banned and ejected from The South Pacific.

The Committee for Regional Security received evidence that Anapol was, or at least claimed to be, Milograd. A subsequent investigation found sufficient evidence to support this claim, and in accordance with the High Court ruling the appropriate authorities banned Anapol/Milograd from the region.

This ban is permanent, and as it is part of an existing high court ruling it is therefore not subject to administrative, legislative or judicial appeal.

Under the direction of the CRS Anapol has been removed from the Legislator roster.

*puts on his regional historian hat*

Just to be 100% accurate, and I know this is a minute detail with little importance, there was no High Court at the time that Coalition v. Milograd was decided. In 2013 we had a Supreme Court -headed initially by HEM and subsequently by Awesomiasa- which was the one that ordered the permanent ban.
