With all due deference to the Chair, I do feel the need to clarify the circumstances of Islands of Unity's removal as Deputy Chair.
Islands was suspended from the Assembly on the 6th of December for gravedigging ten old threads as a 'serious form of protest' against '[the] security reformations proposed by roavin as well as the establishment'. Rather than being removed from his position as some had suggested, he was given a second chance, issued a formal warning, and asked to behave respectfully going forward in the future.
On the 5th of January, he posted a series of expletive-filled messages in his campaign thread. While I have no doubt he did not mean what he said and posted it in jest, it was still a wholly inappropriate language for anyone, let alone a member of the Assembly's administration to use. He was removed shortly after.
Nevertheless, it is the Chair's prerogative to appoint whomever they see fit and I think the logic behind this appointment is sound.

Announcement on Chair Bzerneleg's Inaugural Address to the Assembly
After long deliberation, it has been decided that Bzerneleg's first address to the Assembly as Chair will occur at 00:00 (UTC) on Monday, April 7, 2019. The day he makes his speech will mark an end to his first month in office and a start to his second. The address will tackle major events and issues facing not just the Assembly, but also the government of The South Pacific as a whole. Chair Bzerneleg's new vision for the Assembly and the transformation of its role in the government will serve as the two main themes of the Inaugural Address. The location where the Inaugural Address will take place will be released within next week. If any legislator has any question pertaining to this press release, please do not hesitate to post it below as all questions will be welcomed.
