Heyo Belschaft, I am really sorry to hear about your mental health, I hope you feel better soon!

I am hesitant to accept an indefinite LoA, would you be ok with a month and to extend if you need it instead?

Having a little more insight into Bel's need for a LoA, I can see how it might be difficult for him to guarantee a resubmitted request on a monthly basis. Though it is, of course, the chair's right to handle these as she sees fit, I would like to request extra leniency where issues of mental health are concerned.

I do trust your judgement for this, and I am glad you had spoken up about it. I do wish to be lenient when it comes to mental health. Knowing that you have more insight to the situation, I will note the indefinite Leave of Absence in that case.
