Day 22 - New Year in your NS Nation
It's a little appalling to be taking about New Year before we've even had Christmas, but, equally, it's been a part of the Advent Calendar tradition, so, today, we want to hear about whether or not people celebrate New Year in your NS nation and if so, how?
Erinor & Sereva don't really do anything special for New Year, but two years ago we celebrated with a major earthquake in the (then) capital, Ciria. Fun times!

New Years day in Pencil Sharpeners 2 is the national payday! The state only has one payday per year, and everyone is employed by the state so this is an exciting time for everyone! People receive their salary in the morning... and then 99.4% of it immediately gets taken away again as tax. Fun!

New Year is just a continuation of the Winter Feast in Harmakmis. It is a time to reflect on the past year and to move onto the next. A party in downtown Harmakmis City takes place.

This is very late for a response but the people in Eastern Don Mard do love to celebrate and ring in the new years by being with the people they love while many like to take place in the biggest party in the capital city.

Massive warehouse raves draw numerous tourists and locals to Volaworand's capital in Rothera to dance in the new year under the Antarctic Sun
