In GI-Land hate speech is NOT covered by free speech and such illegal.
In Snolland however no law is existing regarding hate speech. The government plans to elaborate something on that topic in the near future though.

Hate speech is legal in Bzerneleg due to freedom of speech protections, except in cases of libel and defamation.

Amlos - There are laws against hate speech, but they are never enforced, especially at the Commonwealth level (since Amlos is a protectorate of Rebeltopia)

Termina: Hate speech is heavily frowned upon but legally protected under the consumer protections act (CPA). A provision within the ensures that no customer is turned away because of their speech. However employees caught using hate speech against customers will face private consequences ranging from docked pay to termination.

Frost Empire: hate speech is legal in the Frost Empire due to it being a useful tool to profile suspected domestic terrorists.

in FiHami, hate speech is defined by inciting violence to specific groups of people, which is punishable by law for up to 20 years in prison.

In Bruuma and Kai Fa, there is no existing law against hate speech, although racial hatred is punished as counter-revolutionary activity.

Puerto Pollo instead do forbid discrimination based on race, gender or creed, including its incitement.
