Since we're now in the closing stages of the GC, I propose a timeline as follows
May 10 (Today) - May 20: Drafting and discussion
May 20: Drafting period over, voting begins
May 20-25: Voting
May 25-June 1: Preparation for elections, registration for legislators
June 1-10: Elections for PM and Cabinet as scheduled
June 13 (ideally) - June 30: Elections for delegate
July 1: Delegate-elect takes office, transition period begins
Alternatively, if we want the drafting period to be declared over by voting, drafting will end May 17, but I'm inclined to allow more time for drafting
