Anyway, we discussed this briefly on Discord. If the Legislator Committee gets the IP access they can do the admin checks without needing them, and if the committee and the CRS coordinate accordingly, that can also be skipped, so it'd be back to just the committee doing it as long as they are appropriately empowered and informed.
