Motion of No Confidence

Multiple Instances of Roavin Promoting Misinformation and Assuming the Worst

1. He stated he didn't ask Cormac to write a post. Here is proof:

2. He states I didn't jumpstart the stalled AJ Discussion. Here is proof:

3. He claims that arguing and bickering is bad but wants Glen-Rhodes to run as PM and himself as MoFA. We all know Glen-Rhodes, he is a fighter and an arguer and has gotten into brawls on TSP Discord, NSGP, and various other places.   Here is proof:

4. I approached CRS members and SB to look at all the relevant areas with Serres (who already had access) to determine what to release and release it as quickly as possible. This is another case of Roavin promoting misinformation and assuming the worst. Here is proof:

In fact, I implore the CRS members and, SouthernBellz, and Serres to look at all the relevant channels (cabinet, security, FA team, RA) and go over the term and release logs as they see fit. I will also respect their opinions as I think they will come from a honest and nourishing place rather than destructive perspective.

Then,  Roavin has a dream cabinet set. He wants to see Glen-Rhodes run for PM, himself run for FA. The irony being that Glen-Rhodes is the most argumentative, NSGP baiting\fiasco, and has had drawn out brawls with Cormac and Belschaft among others.

So if Roavin really wants a civil and polite cabinet it's not going to be with his buddy Glen in it for sure.  I mean I asked Roavin to mediate between Glenn and Tim. He said it was impossible.  I then went directly to them and asked to mediate.  Tim agreed and Glenn refused. So much for communication skills or compromise.

I have criticized Seraph in public and in the RA channels and privately.   It is funny though the timing of Roavin's hit on me because it comes shortly after I said I was thinking of running against Seraph as delegate. So this feels like a political attack and a really low blow.

If this rant from Roavin was honest and wanted people to learn from their mistakes, it would have not been timed as it were. It's not about me addressing my shortcomings, in the post above I show that in that time period I began to address them. We all have shortcomings. It's about whether Roavin gets a compliant cabinet that does as he wishes and doesn't block his machinations.

Roavin, I'm not the one now caught in several lies. If you're true to your ideals about cabinet members then you could never dream about running for any position or thinking Glen-Rhodes should run for any position.

I would hope to see both Roavin and Glen Rhodes not participate in the upcoming election cycle and be honest to the region. I myself will not be running as I believe it is important for me to take this time to reflect and grow as an individual before taking on leadership roles once again. So gentlemen, agreement?

However, Somy and Tim have had one and two terms respectively and have a lot to offer the region so I hope all voters with a conscience will give them another chance. Nominate them and ask them tough questions but don't write them off because of a burn out prime minister that tears down people who don't agree with him.

Somy, and I've said this to him in the SPSF Discord publicly, has done what I never saw SPSF do in my now time in the government.  He's run independent ops from the SPSF Discord with allies and a good number showing up.  While Lazarus bogged things down, he also brought some interesting cultural ideas and with supportive generals could probably push the trident legion and other ideas more. He could also run for Minister of Regional Affairs, Prime Minister and delegate and I have hopes for him in the region.

One thing I do recommend Somy or any TSPer do (also stated by me in the cabinet channel) is find TSPers to take on as trusted advisers. Talk to the CRS and players who have been here a while and always, when possible, go directly to the source of any second-hand information. After I had this conversation with Somy in the cabinet channel, things got a lot less heated between us.

Tim, has established two powerful treaties for TSP after we were left without strong alliances, in part due to Glen-Rhodes FA policies and constant argument and belief in isolationism in NSGP. Tim could also run for any leadership position because he always excels at what he does.

Tim established the January Accords with TEP and TRR and the Treaty of Capricorn with the NPO.  These two treaties have actually established TSP more firmly in a powerful sphere. Before this we were struggling a bit with alliances and now we don't have to be afraid of other regions or being on our own.

He was also integral to the success of the Harry Potter festival which has brought us closer to XKI, another active UCR with more endorsements then some GCRs (Balder has less Tounge).

In fact, festivals don't just add a social and cultural element to a region. Game of Thrones brought us closer to the NPO in the first place and then Lord of the Rings cemented those relations.  Tim was active for both of those. Festivals also build TSP's image abroad and our identity (instead of just being the region that Balder hates on).

That Tim got heated in how upset he got over the Imki situation is highly understandable considering his long history of upholding justice. He took a strong stance against Unibot for his sexual harassment and he took a strong stand against NSWF\TNP for botching an investigation.
