Criminal Complaint (charge someone with a crime under the Criminal Code) [1901] New Haudenosaunee Confederacy v. Concrete Slab |
The Court has the following questions for @Concrete Slab;
Article 3.1 of the Charter allows for “the freedoms of expression, speech, assembly, and the press, limited only by reasonable moderation policies” whilst Article 5.3 of the Charter empowers the Local Council “to suppress messages on the Regional Message Board according to a standard moderation policy”. 1. By what moderation policy did you determine that the use of the word “Damn” by NHC was to be suppressed? 2. How did you determine that this moderation policy was reasonable? 3. Has this moderation policy been enforced consistently at all times and with regards to all players? 4. If this moderation policy has not been enforced consistently at all times and with regards to all players, are there any mitigating reasons or circumstances that might justify this?
