The cleanup efforts in Iran have come to a close. Especially Officer Miravana and Trainee Nagaland had some fun, purging a total of 28 hostile nations from the region.

With the big Iran effort out of the way, we've been doing various smaller operations and training. Trainee Arafella, Officer Miravana, and General Nakari partook in quite a few tag defenses in the past few days, while Soldier phoenixofthesun14 took the initiative to participate in a detag run with Hartfelden's Matthew. And last but not least, Soldier Warrior, General Nakari, and SPSFBFF Daytime to Night liberated a smaller region at yesterday's minor update.

"Roavin, wait", I hear you say, "wasn't Miravana only a soldier?" - correct, but Mira's excellent performance both during training sessions and during the siege of Iran have earned them a well-deserved promotion to the rank of Officer. Congratulations!

In more organizational news, the General Corps has made slight adjustments to the standing rank requirements, consistent with our move to be a formal defender region last year. The adjustments affect the Officer and Commander ranks and won't impact most SPSF personnel.
