The problem is precisely that we cannot say for sure that Wolf has been elected to office. The Cabinet is not preventing someone from taking their office, it is ensuring that whoever takes the office has been legally elected. We would be more than happy to accept Wolf if the Court rules in his favour, but that is the point: there must be a Court ruling that clarifies the issue.
