Assembly Journal
Pursuant to record all the doings and proceedings of the Assembly for future legislators, a Journal of the Assembly shall be established by the Chair of the Assembly. Records include roll call, all votes, the happenings of debate, speeches, updates, and anything other that the Chair decides to include.
Records starting from Record 9 onwards only include the activities from 00:00 to 23:59 (12:00
A.M. to 11:59
P.M.) U.T.C. per respective day.
