A proposal for removing Ryccia from the WF, for not meeting WF criteria.   Section A — Definitions Defining Ryccia as the territory currently being claimed by several governments all naming themselves "The Government of Ryccia" Hereby Recognizing Ryccia as one large nuclear weapon, Requests the removal of Ryccia from the World Forum for not being a nation, but rather one large nuke.
