As mentioned in the Canada consulate application thread, I will be announcing new a new consulate policy. I do not know when that will be. It is the end of semester, meaning I have several term papers due and general life duties (like finding a job and an apartment).

At the very latest, consulates will be handled after the first week of May. It will likely be done before them, but I won't make any guarantee. This time of year is always busy for those of us who are older and in school.
