I would also have to agree with Sandaoguo as well. Although you will have your law-abiding citizens of the region who will vote on the RMB and the polls, you will also have to deal with other non-citizens who are uninformed and really do not care. I too believe this would cause major corruption and a collapse between the fourms and RMB.
