-- Since a few of you have complained about this, let's clarify. There is no place on the forum where you are allowed to post spam. The Hall of Spam is to play forum games, not to post spam. Arguing that this is the Hall of Spam is not a valid excuse. I figured it would be fairly obvious, but apparently it isn't. Spam threads, wherever they are posted, will always get locked. Posts outside High Court venues should be taken as those of any other legislator. I do not participate in the regional server, but I am happy to talk through instant messaging or on the forum.
