Milograd Parole Review
#1

Parole Board
of
The South Pacific

Penguin (Chair of the CSS)
Farengeto (Chief Justice of the High Court)
Aramanchovia  (Chair of the Assembly)

On April 14th, 2015 the Parole Board of The South Pacific met to review the parole of Milograd, following the most recent developments in Lazarus.

Two years after the April 2013 coup of TSP, Milograd has now assumed the delegacy of Lazarus in support of the April 2015 coup of the region.

Security:

Previously the Parole Board cited Milograd's delegacy in Lazarus as evidence that Milograd was no longer a security threat. However given his recent involvement in the coup this is clearly no longer the case.

Behaviour Reform:

Likewise the Parole Board cited Milograd's apparent willingness to change as proof of his reform, but as he has once again couped the GCR he was formerly the delegate of he has repeated the same act that resulted in his ban from The South Pacific.

Based on these criteria, the Parole Board has ruled by majority vote in favour of immediately revoking Milograd's Parole; restoring his ban, and prohibiting him from residing in The South Pacific.
