Women and equal pay
#4

In these kinds of competitive jobs, I believe that they should be paid based on how well they performed(how many people were attracted to be in the audience, the quality of the job, etc.), whether you're a man or a woman. If men's tennis does well, $$$. If women's tennis did the same, $$$. If one group didn't perform as great as the other, then that pay should be less. After all, sports and competitive jobs like these are not safe jobs.

In other jobs that are not as competitive as those, then yes, I agree to equal pay and equal representation and rights to women.

But, as I said in Europeia, we should be equal. We should take the positives AND negatives of having rights, and not take an excuse for being a man or a woman. And that means that if young men are drafted into the military without a choice, young women should also be drafted without a choice. Either is draft for all or draft for none!
