The South Pacific Special Forces,

Noting with satisfaction Vietnam's quick rise through the military ranks,

Emphasizing their fantastic dedication to our military,

Further emphasizing their help in development and testing of tactical tools,

Expecting more of such tactical tools to be developed by them,

Approving of their initiative to study and improve military tactics,

Viewing with appreciation their combat leadership of South Pacific Special Forces troops and allied troops,

Having examined the great number of operations led by Vietnam both with and without allies,

Recognizing their commitment to the values of protecting innocent regions and striking hateful ones,

Affirming that they have trained and used in battle all the skills required,

Hereby Promotes Vietnam to the rank of General, pending approval by the Assembly.
