This would go into Article III of the Charter

Quote:2.      The APCRC will have the sole authority to remove members from the party with a unanimous decision in favor of doing so
a. The Chair of the APCRC will automatically remove a member of the party if they fail to comply with a party rule regarding membership. The Chair will alert the party of this removal.
