Congratulations to Europeia and United Kingdom on the new treaty.

The gradual, step-by-step approach you're taking to your treaties now is interesting; it seems like it has more potential to build lasting partnerships between regions, and less potential for drama if regions find they're not as compatible with each other as they first thought. A more deliberative approach.
