This is the voting thread for the proposed charter, shown here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1tVqh...sp=sharing
To pass this Charter, it must receive at least 2/3rds of the vote. Should the Charter pass, it will be formally be enacted following the conclusion of the summit. Any changes proposed to the charter after the vote simply needs a quick majority vote. You may vote AYE, NAY, or Abstain.
