Article IX was amended as followed on 1/26/18:

In the event that following an APCRC election, if there are not enough elected officials to fill all the seats, the process will be as follows: If two or more seats are vacant, then a special election for the open positions will commence following the swearing in of the new APCRC. If only one seat is vacant, then the Chair, with the advice and consent of the rest of the APCRC will appoint a replacement. In the event that the Chair's position is vacant following an election, the previous Chair will serve as an interim Chair until a special election for the office concludes.
