The General Corps has modified these rank requirements to properly reflect the necessary skillset a versatile defender needs to have in order to excel on the battlefield, as well as better prepare Officers and Commanders to tackle any obstacles that might be thrown in their way. The following changes are hereby implemented;
 

• Adjusted nominal trigger timings from 20% to 30% to reflect on the current dynamics of R/D, as well as to promote greater upward mobility for prospective Officers and Commanders.
  
• Added one new objective criteria to Officer rank requirements, in order to further build upon a prospective Officer's familiarity with the Activity Feed, as well as continue developing their spotting and tracking skills.
  
• Added one new subjective criteria to Officer rank requirements, in order to develop a prospective Officer's communication skills and prepare them to cooperate with other potential military officers present in the battlefield at any given time.
  
• Added one new subjective criteria to Commander rank requirements, in order to continue developing a prospective Commander's communication skills and prepare them to cooperate with native residents affected by incoming and ongoing raids at any given time.
