Good evening.

I am the chancellor of the Federal Republic of Besern, Atrueue Vischervonda filling in this application on behalf of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cymrin Parameso who is in hospital due to a knee injury during a team-building exercise. 

I hope we are able to work together with other nations in the World Forum to strive for a united and better world for all.
