I don't have a set schedule or anything, I do it on demand. The nice part about Prime Minister is that (at least how I've done it in the past) it doesn't necessarily require a constant big chunk of activity, but rather it requires being able to react fast to developing situations. I have a sizable amount of PM work planned for the start of the term, and after that, I'll be doing non-PM work whenever there's no PM work to do.
