Criminal Complaint (charge someone with a crime under the Criminal Code) [1902] Nakari v. North Prarie and Concrete Slab
#22

HIGH COURT OF THE SOUTH PACIFIC
[1902.HC] NAKARI V. NORTH PRARIE AND CONCRETE SLAB
SUBMISSION 12 FEBRUARY 2019 | PROBABLE CAUSE 12 FEBRUARY 2019 | VERDICT 23 OCTOBER 2020 | SENTENCE 02 FEBRUARY 2021

CHIEF JUSTICE KRINGLE DELIVERED THE SENTENCE, SIGNED ALSO BY JUSTICE BELSCHAFT.

Whereas this Court has found Concrete Slab guilty of the crime of corruption and has afforded them a reasonable time to argue the suggested sentence, this Court finds that said sentence should be as follows:

Concrete Slab is censured for their unlawful behaviour but shall face no further penalty.

It is so ordered.
