In a proposal phase, a player may nominate one other player to lose three points. This does not count as a proposal. Other players may second this, each causing the targeted player to lose an additional point. Each player may only nominate or second one targeted player each round, and only once. If the targeted player posts within six hours of any nomination or second that targets them, their points are restored and any player that had targeted them that round loses one point. However, if all players, except the targeted and the Chair, target one player before that player posts, the targeted player loses an additional five points and is unable to restore any points lost by targeting.
