The language change is simply because I find my own wording more elegant Glen; the wording used in polls is actually "WA member, native residents". "World Assembly Natives" reads like people native to the World Assembly.
I'm happy to revert back to the current language in regards to the EC tbh; I think what I've written is more reflective of current practice, and more practical, but I don't see it as a big issue. I'd like to keep the line "should the dispute be on a matter of law, the Election Commission shall refer it to the High Court" as an addition however, for obvious reasons.
I'm also going to probably move the section on recalls back from the Elections Act to the Charter, though in it's own article rather than as part of the section on the cabinet.
