Let's not bother with edits and just rip it out and rewrite it outright. >_>

I'd be happy to throw together the draft once we know what we want. So here are a few things that require input and/or discussion:

Which ranks do we want?
What are the qualifications for those ranks?
What are the responsibilities of each rank?
What do we expect of SPSF soldiers generally?
How do we expect to conduct disciplinary action?
Multiple military membership?
