These cases, dating back to the days of the Ministry of Justice in 2012, refer to issues that may have been relevant at the time of submission but by and large were no longer so. The Court did admit case [1712.HQ] Citizen Participation in Election Campaigns and looks forward to duly considering this case, in spite of the time that was passed since its submission; a fitting reminder that the Court will always deliver its promise of a fair and unbiased interpretation of the law, no matter how long that may take. Auphelia (Submitted 28 June 2018) Former Delegate of the South Pacific Posts outside High Court venues should be taken as those of any other legislator.
