This action has been taken in consultation with the Coral Guard. It is the consensus of both institutions that Auphelia lacks the requisite endotarting levels to continue in a crucial role that requires them "to maintain high endorsement and influence levels" (The Charter, Section IX., Clause 14). The South Pacific Coral Guard entitles its members to serve with the permission of having more endorsements than most other nations in the region.
