Don't see how a law that primarily just mandates a convenience tool for the chair and legislators at this point should be repealed, frankly. I'd need a reason why the Times Act specifically causes problems that can't be solved without a legal question or just a determined practice + precedent by the Chair in cases of legitimate discrepancy. This seems like an excessive measure to an admittedly much smaller problem

There's probably a point to be made to amending the Times Act to be more amenable to built-in forum tools, but I don't see why it needs to be thrown out.

That being said, in the Tetris community, people just post UTC all the time and it works a charm, and there's much more scheduling to be done there (finding restreamers for a match, which means coordinating between three people, each in different time zones).
