Ikaranarean Ministry of Treaty Organizations

This organization is for any legitimate nation wanting to partake in worldwide defense.

By signing this treaty, you understand that

I. any nation incapable of or unwilling to execute the responsibilities of this treaty may resign at any time.

II. In no way is this treaty meant as a collective defense treaty similar to the Concordia Entente

III. Member nations are only obligated to act against Adversary States (as defined in I.1)

IX. A member nation is only obligated to act on the roles (as classified in I.2) that it has signed up for.


I.1. An Adversary State is any state or terrorist organization that the Member nations of this Organization have voted on, by majority rule, is a dangerous state to either the national interests of multiple or all member nations, or the entirety of Pacifica. It is only on these states or organizations that member nations are obligated to act on: and any conflict belonging to an outsider state, regardless of whether it affects a member state or not, is not covered under this treaty.

I.2. Member states are only obligated to act on these specific roles they have signed up for. A member state may sign up for any number of roles. The roles are as following:

R.1 Military Response Nations
Military response nations are obligated to act militarily due to the actions of an Adversary State. Whether military action is to be taken requires a majority vote from all military response nations and economic sharing nations.

R.2 Diplomatic Pressure Nations
Diplomatic pressure nations are obligated to diplomatically or economically pressure or weaken Adversary States by but not limited to:This organization is for any legitimate nation wanting to partake in worldwide defense.

R.3 Economic Sharing Nations
Economic sharing nations are obligated to share funds or resources with all nations who have signed this treaty upon request. They are obligated to sell weaponry to Military Response Nations in the event that military action is taken.
