R1P1 - Defending the Metaphysical

Welcome to record 1. The first publication in each record will always deal with more universalities than the second publication which will deal with the personal. This is a ruse used for luring in a reading of the first publications. Apprehensive nature comes from how evidential it is that such topics are dreary to most of you. Introductory digression ending, the first topic was likely to be metaphysics - pointedly answering the questions posed by the studies of metaphysics: "what there is and what is it like". However, on the grounds that most people reject these questions being addressed external from the scientific method, I gather a necessity to defend it instead.
A premonition might be discerned from the reader that I shall criticize the scientific method - undeniably yes - throughout the publications. Chiefly, some seemingly negligible critiques will be pointed to, such as the issue with statistics. It is my postulation that, when presented with minor disparities time and time again, the reader will eventually fathom the issue. Since these publications should be the size of a brochure or one page, I will utilize two cases which defend metaphysics.
Firstly, the metaphysical is supertemporal by the nature of its' studies. "What there is" is a stand-alone topic, every word within it obtaining potential to be examined autonomously and finally it's a sentence without punctuation. The scientific method, comparatively, simulates this infinity but it's self-limiting. Unlike the discharge of evaluating "What", it confines you by first defining "What" as it demands accuracy.
Secondly, pursuing from the above, the scientific method imprisons itself by the attribute of its' essence - authentication. A requisite to set axiom of "What" kills relativity of perspectives. Whereas the metaphysics is free to dance around the question of "What there is" using a catalog of worldviews, the scientific method rejects them and creates a chains of constrictions. It first censors itself and when complete - it becomes imperative, killing diversion. Tenet which I hold dear is to reject the imperative, going so far to reject it's existence as truth, for reasons which other records will dive into.
Ending R1P1.

R1P2 - The Problems With A Bee

Welcome to R1P2, this style of writing may appear to be more lax to some, perhaps reminiscent of Its' Own*. I'll stop the references now. This is completely real. So, I feel as enough information is out there to gather a profile of me by the community. An introduction is not needed even if it is my personal estimate that I haven't accomplished enough Malice* to avoid it. Employing instead the first record of the personal section to elaborate some symbolisms which I can be identified with, at least here. Preceding from the fact that the references and symbolisms require a thorough understanding of the mind and knowledge of pop culture.
Black and Orange: Origin of "The Bee" meme even if Hornets are the ones which have a more Orange tint to them. A Hornet might be a more suitable alias but I find it too condescending and personally appalling - not as an animal but as a nickname. Alright, the story is multiplicative. The Orange is a mixture of Yellow (capitalism) and Red (marxism), two topics which I was first interested in and then forced into learning about very extensively. However, me use of Orange is not to amplify that I'm attempting a mixture of the two, it's more that I'm contradicting and rejecting of the two. The Black represents both Anarchism and Fascism (these two and their similarities will be a different record). Essentially, I chose Black to symbolize my own ideology of (pure, in my opinion only type of) Anarchism, vandalism, unruliness, incompliance. I added the Orange in explicitly as a reaction to An-suffix movements arising during the 2013-2017 era. The whole symbolism isn't a copy of mutualism (which is interesting but also will be discussed later) but a satirical approach. When used proper, I found that these two colours are VERY hypnotic, which is something needed in all mediums of existence.
The Teal, Moon and Sun: If you recall the flag which I've used before Bistritza got banned, it was an orange sunset with black as the background on 1:4 of it, with a crescent silver moon and stars on 3:4 of it behind a teal background. It has a lot of references in it and the name Bistritza itself does. I will try to make it very short: Teal is originally Turquoise, from "Turkic" as it is the colour most Turkic nomads used for a flag, when they used one at least. The crescent is obviously representing that, although the Sun is setting, the moon is coming up, also representing Islam, obviously. They were Silver because it was Silver which was (and sometimes still is) used as means of trade. Silver is the reason the Venetians failed at doing anything with these tribes during the medieval ages, Gold was seen as primitive, probably linked to memory of Ancient Egypt or the Hindu civilizations. Finally, if you look at old physical maps of the Balkans, "Aliakmon" is named Bistritza, usually as Vistrica or Bistrica. It means "purity" and it stands right before the Mount Olympus. There's a legend about Philip II making an oath on the Bistritza river before conquering the Hellenic city-states, the Oath was made to the God-Primordial Khaos. If he was to conquer Mount Olympus, his seed will form the first global empire (Alexander), but it shall be cursed after his early death. Looking at it now - is it not cursed?
That's all. For Record I.

R2PGeneral: The Issues With the Great Council of May 2022.

Procedural:

1. There were many needless drama plot-points when former Prime Minister Emonea/Moon called for a Great Council back in April/May. Inferring to one sunder here as to trivialize the already tense situation will be my approach. Namely, a Legislator [P] has decided to switch his votes 3-5 times during the 5 day voting period on the Great Council Convening Resolution. Ultimately, I don't remember his final decision as it wasn't recorded by the software infrastructure. [P] made his final decision 15 minutes before the voting period formally came to a closure but the software said that the voting had been concluded. I will not depict the sequential of this debacle - essentially, the (still incumbent) Chair of the Assembly, Cryo, was tasked with deciding what [P]'s vote was. Then Cryo apparently (?) made an honest mistake in his decision, trespassing his duties. This was all a Court case, by the way.

2. The GC convention eventually came to be approved, starting some 3-4 months after Moon's motion. I recall that there was a "Preparatory Debate" about the Great Council in which Legislators would discuss what changes they wish to see. This is a good concept but was executed badly. Namely, this process of a "Preparatory Debate" should have concluded with a complete list of issues mentioned and laws which refer to those issues. Subsequently, Legislators would be assigned into "work groups" where they would together propose drafts regarding specific issues. This eliminates the need for;

3. Reconciliation period is another mechanism. Simply put, under the current resolution: Thread on [X] is Created -> [X] is debated on Thread -> Eventually, the author creates a proposal for [X] -> is it put to vote, needing 3/5th majority to pass -> It isn't actually passed as a law yet as it needs to wait for the entire GC conclusion. Following the compilation of all "passed" proposals, the reconciliation period is supposed to somehow contrive an apparatus by which two contradictory passed proposals are somehow both met.

4. Finally, all of this puts too much stress on Chair of the GC.

Essential:

1. A storm in a teacup: The amount of ruckus GC Convening rose would make you think it was a star collision about to happen. Nothing really happened. There are two main things which will probably pass: a reform to the cabinet/PM and a reform to the LC. However, I have biased assumptions that my proposals regarding the Chair of the Assembly (at least a portion of them) might also pass. These appear big but are miniscule. Grounded on the fact that the GC law has been changed by Glee to allow for more frequent GC Convenings, I expected some very radical, erratic, whimsical proposals. There were some of those but not in the positive light.

2. How are buildings made, TSP?: Admittedly, I am very biased towards "working from the ground up". Illustrated in legislation, I am avidly a fan of working first at the underlying framework of laws. The principles, values and methods which has guided the development of its most supreme legal document. In this case, The Charter.
I've admitted to favoritism here which I doubt can be countered but I staunchly think that working from Chapter I of The Charter down to other laws is the proper way of reformation.

3. Henceforth, "working groups" mentioned in the first part would have dates set by when they should present their final draft. Of course, if Groups drafting Chapters I-X of the Chapter have done poorly so no changes are made, this will effect the reform itself. Sadly yes but as I've pointed out - GC laws are much more dynamic thus will be called more often now - you can also propose constitutional changes in the Assembly outside of the Great Council.

That's all. For Record II.

Record 3: R/D but IRL!

Publication 3-1: The Infinite in Itself

“What there is and what is it like” – We pretend there is something. Is this statement true? Oh we’ll get to that during epistemology worry not about that now. Assumption is that “what there is” is an imitation of what there is for us. Predicative to this imitation is infinity.
Conceive that imitation is, with it being infinite. Why would imitating of “is” have the property of “infinite”? As formerly articulated in Recording I, ejecting the scientific method grants any theorization of being infinite potentiality upon its’ inception.

Let’s walk a step BEYOND this (by stating that I am very much purposely evocating to pure skeptics that their realm is as entrenched as the axioms of others are). On the account of abandoning all contractions; let’s repel the presence and associations of the “subject” and its’ “possessions”. In this case, let’s discontinue that “What there is” has the property of a “subject” while “what is it like” has the property of “possession”. In this boundless game, we can re-arrange our statements to be “INFINITE IMITATION”.
This contraption we’ve made is actually true but we will get to that later. What changed – the universality of our proposal. Infinite imitations are universally possible to be conceptualized while also being applicable in in the “subsets” {the author explains this concept explain much later in the Records}. Even going into the organismic anthropoid, a human has the potential of this “Infinite Imitation”. Let’s this session here.

Publication 3-2: The Vandal Manifest/The Forgotten Mercenary (1)

NationStates has a bug “It’s not a bug, it’s a feature”, no Indigo it’s a bug that can’t be fixed due to the game’s update system. Essentially, the game updates on a 2x 24 hour loop but with errors within those two segments.
What you have to if you wish to execute this in the safest manner possible, note down the exact minute (second if possible) of the GMT0600 morning update. It is a risk but you must estimate when the exact moment of this was (which is a mini-game in itself). So 12 hours from that moment, during the GMT1800 evening update, if you move your country to another region, you retain the influence you had while still managing to gain additional (previously limited) influence within your new region by endotarting the presequently unavailable nations. This is pretty much the vigilante/mercenary guide.

Of course, GCR’s have mechanisms which prevent this, for example TSP’s SWAN updates explicitly on a 24+ hour basis in the GMT1200 evening. In those 6 hours you have, you may endorse within a limit. If it’s noticed that you’ve exploited this mechanism and you’re endorsing everyone trying to get into the SWAN (whose endo cap is increased), it is likely that you will be banned very soon. Besides all of this, there other mechanisms preventing you from achieving an insane amount of influence. This exact loop is probably only achievable in TSP-TNP transfers as their endo caps are very high even for nations not endorsing the Delegate.
However, your influence does get reset in the next 12 hours as the game mechanics has noticed that you’ve switched regions and lost previous influence, this is of course if you do not get banned before the next update. The mechanisms I’ve explained is how mercenary regions used to work, where an NSGP region would make a deal with a raider/defender region in which this transfer would be allowed. The reason why mercs are dead are pretty much because this is incredibly inefficient and because having small regions whose number of nations is high enough to achieve a decent influence within them are exposed themselves to raiding. So, most of these regions became “independent”.
But yes YOU! Can still be a vigilante. That’s it for now.

the orange intermission num# one (1) One number.

Initial ambition was to write about Alchemy today, or was that yesterday? wHowemver it may Bee, I've spent all of my budge- It's my budget Sir this isn't a public domain anymorE GET OUT!. I've spent all my money on Funko Pops. You know what they say you can't stop once you start which isn't true by the way. Well, mostly.

I've spent like 12 hours in Holy C trying to fly that video game bird he made you know the one? All the while Jvnko over here in the background on repeat with that
<----Actually might be probably very much more likely possibly precise for them to Bee (lol)
^ Somewhere there now... With that look on their face as I keep listening to Pandora's Box on repeat and I feel the spiral taking over. That reminded me of something, "self-care" over sleep deprivation.
Deep discomfort warning for both Holy C and and Pandora's Box btw don't look them up viewer discretion also uhhhhhhhh I'm an Independent Media outlet so no lawsuits otherwise you're just a square bro.

TLDR Part 1: Back-end upgrade -> Standardization & Better Quality Releases.
TLDR Part 2: Yes, Simulations can have a property of Infinity after setting axioms.

Moving onto an actual media upon forum transfer - Ideas for now:

The Archival: Gathering currently active Releases (Gdrive/DropBox/Megaio). Archiving per 3 months-1 year regular as to save space, though this depends on the server capacities themselves.

The Standardization:
-Return to text-based Releases, images limit space.
-Proper introduction thread to T.O.R. “independent media” as the supracore identity.
-> If interview conducted: Must be Hard-Line Approach. (Inv. Journalism beforehand).
-Active repository of all “Releases” (R1; dd/mm/yy).
-Root cloud source (ProtonMail Storage likely).
-Each “copy” custom-formatted for itself. (Discourse: tag?)
-Simplification of graphics to: cover, logo, title, moto, article titles, non-standard font.
-If release has more than 1 article title, add ToC.
-Opening to featuring/employing: Feature only other independent. “Employ” at most 1 editor.
-Independent ->> No positional or personal favoritism. Inactive Legislature must be criticized.

The Content:
-Weekly or Fortenight updates. Dilemma.
-“Independent media” and “Records” -> reporting on actual regional events with a comment.
-The Metaphysical and The Report on NS Playerbase eventually colliding. Also, add “recommended bibliography”.
-Monthly RL news article + general political theory related to the event.

---
Example:
[logo prone to change] The Orange Records: Release 5, 04-Nov-22
“where the truth does not exist”
ToC: TSP abolishes NS + Hmm | An Organ Without Organs | Bad Times + Here’s Why
--
In Repository: T.O.R. R5; 04 Nov 22 [link/link/link]
--
In Retrospective: Fortenight Updates; Monthly for RL. Each Release must be minimum 1200 words.
--
Touching legal base: T.O.R. is the correct acronym; it is under "creative commons" and you are free to copy any and all of its' content under the condition that it remains free of charge and free of advertisements; T.O.R. does not display the views of the staff nor the community on whichever platform it may appear on.

Conflict of Interest: T.O.R. comes before any other entity the owner and chief executive editor staff writer may hold on that platform.
